Happy Werewolf Wednesday my Wolf pack!

The Wolf Pack Pups: A Halloween Trick or Treat Tail books are in and I am locking the surveys on Friday afternoon to start fulfillment! 

I already did a read through with my daughter without her knowing that I wrote it and she absolutely loved it! I couldn't have asked for a better reaction from her.

For those of you who have filled out your fulfillment surveys, once I have locked them you will receive an email from Backerkit with your Digital Rewards. If you don't receive the email by Friday evening please check your spam/junk boxes.

For those of you who have not yet filled out your rewards, please do so, so that you can receive your Digital and/or Physical rewards. If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or  requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit  project page at https://wolf-pack-pups-halloween.backerkit.com.

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter  account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for  your Facebook account. The Books Will Be Arriving Early!

I have a great news! The books will be arriving early in January instead of April! Also arriving in January will be the apparel, wall art, and tin signs, so I will be able to send out your rewards earlier than I anticipated!

Wolf Pack Pups Rewards Update!

Good day my Wolf Pack! I hope all is well with you on this Tuesday!

I received an update from my book printer that the books are going through last step for cutting, and will be ready to ship this Friday. They estimate that it should take 90 days to arrive here from China, so as long as everything goes well, and there are no customs issues or other delays you should get your rewards early, in January/February!

I've also been receiving the other rewards in the mail as well. The stickers and hard enamel pins came out great! I hope you think so too!

BackerKit Reward Fulfillment Survey Smoke Test!

Happy Thursday my Wolf Pack!

Great news, the funds are on their way from Kickstarter and BackerKit has approved the fulfillment survey! Last week, I sent Wolf Pack Pups: A Halloween Trick or Treat Tail off to the printer and now it's time for fulfillment surveys! However, before I can send surveys to everyone, BackerKit requires me to send a Smoke Test to a random 5% of backers across all pledge levels, which I just sent this morning. So, some of you will have already received the email with a special link to your BackerKit survey, and the rest of you will get yours tomorrow after the 24 hours is up. Remember to check your spam/junk boxes if you don't see the email in your Inbox.

New Night Wolf & Snow Paw Enamel Pins

New to the BackerKit Rewards survey add-ons section are brand new 2" tall Night Wolf & Snow Paw Hard Enamel Pins! I was going to use them a stretch goals for the campaign, but we didn't reach their thresholds. However, I like them so much I decided to produce them anyway. I hope you like them too!

I want to say how grateful that I am for you, my Wolf Pack members! Thank you, so much for being a part of this creative adventure! The Wolf Pack Pups: A Halloween Trick or Treat Tail Book & Plush Kickstarter was successful because of you! Thank you for an unbelievable campaign! Not going to lie, this one really made me nervous towards the end. You Wolf Pack Members ARE THE BEST! I couldn't have done it without you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me continue my dream of self-publishing books! I'm so very thankful that you are taking this creative journey with me! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

What Are the Next Steps?

A few things need to happen before we can kick off production and fulfillment. Here's a quick rundown:

First, Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds, so that I have the money to make the rewards (this can take up to three weeks). Kickstarter has notified me that some of the payments were declined. If funds fall behind the 100% funded threshold, Kickstarter will consider the campaign unsuccessful. Please double check your payment method in your Kickstarter account, so I can produce the books and other rewards, then send them out to you.

Second, I need to find out your reward delivery information to send out your rewards. I will be sending you all a Reward Delivery Survey through BackerKit to collect this information.

I will give you a heads-up before sending the survey, so that you can watch for it in your email or spam folder. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as possible, since we need this information to process your rewards.

If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after I send the surveys out.)

If you prefer, you can contact me directly and give me your information, but answering your survey helps me get your rewards out to you faster. BackerKit helps me to save a lot of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing me with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.
